Kiwi Summer Delight Drink

What you need: 

10 fresh kiwi
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon of lemon extract
6 cups of crushed ice
2 cups diced mango
1 cup of cold water
optional dairy free whipped topping

What you do: 

First skin kiwi and mangos seperately. Then cut kiwi into small pieces. Then get out a good blender. Place kiwi and mango in the blender and blend till a liquid is made. Add in vegan sugar, water, lemon extract, crushed ice, and blend to a smooth consistency. When done blending, serve and add whipped topping if wanted.
