Maple Apple Walnut Smoothie

What you need: 

1/2 cup tofu (any kind)
2 tablespoon wheat germ
1 teaspoon maple flavoring
2 frozen bananas
1 1/2 cups soy milk (or enough to keep blender happy)
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 apple

What you do: 

Prepare bananas by pealing and freezing prior to using. Put all ingredients into blender and blend! Yum! Dont forget--flax seed is an option in ANY smoothie!
