SO HOW'D IT GO?

i blended all the sauce stuff (including the tomato) before adding it to the pot. i had to add some more water to make it more "gravy" like. i used 1/2 c dry coconut and 1/2 c coconut milk since i didn't have fresh. we both really liked this.

I was disappointed as there never seemed to be much "gravy".  I think I would add more tomatoes and less coconut (the coconut was a little disturbingly crunchy or stringy-- several guests asked what it was in a trying-to-be-polite way).  The green beans were a delicious component though and really matched well with the other flavors.
