1/2 banana or banana flavoring
1 tablespoon agave syrup, or to taste
1 tablespoon Chia seeds, if you have them
1/2 cup water (will thicken after processing if you use chia seeds)
In a blender, Vita-Mix or processor, blend all of the ingredients.
You might have to adjust the water depending on if you use the seeds or not. More seeds= more water if you haven’t soaked them already.
