SO HOW'D IT GO?

I omit the cayenne and pepper for my family (we're spice wimps), and the spice combo is still really good for a non-spicy version.

This is a great starter recipe. From it I've put all sorts of spices on my fries. Thank you!

yah.. great.. no oregano, used italian seasoning.. just as cool... forgot the mustard, oh well. no chili powder, woops.. slightly heavy handed on the cayenne to compensate.. hehe..

i added garlic and onion powder, figured why not.. came out spicy and great. would've liked them crispier but i'm sure it's something i did.. ho wells.

I finally made these!! Yay! I omitted the oregano and used 3 kind of medium potatoes. I should have probably reduced the spice amount, but I thought "Nah, I love my fries super seasoned.." I'm too stubborn. These were pretty damn spicy- and I love spice.. They were still super delicious though. I have a ton of leftovers though.

These were really good.  Didn't have dry mustard, but used everything else.  I like spicy food, but these were a tiny bit too much.  Will definitely make again.  Maybe next time w/some veggie chili and vegan cheese.

THESE ARE AWESOME!!!!! SERIOUSLY YOU MUST TRY THEM!! we didn't have dry mustard or dry cayenne so we used 1/2 yellow mustard and 1/2 chipolte mustard and red devil cayenne sauce, when we mixed it it was pasty then so we added about 1/4 cup water and shook it all up and let it sit and marinate....SO SO SO GOOD!  ;)b

So good. I made them with sweet potatoes. First, I cut up my sweet potatoes, and then put them on a plate with plastic wrap for about 6 minutes. Then, I stirred them with the spices and oil and put them on my pizza oven for about 10 minutes, and they were a delicious after school snack for my kids! Thanks!

Very good! Very spicy, just the way I like them! I didn't have oregano so I used basil. These go great with a cold dill sauce.

Awesome fries. I parboiled the wedges before baking because I like to make sure they're going to be soft enough as I've had bad luck with other recipes in the past. I also just eyeballed the cayenne (my fault), and holy ---- they were hot. Luckily I love the heat =)

My husband made them with sweet potatoes and they came out a little mushy. But, the favor on these fries was fantastic.

Even though the texture wasn't ideal, the flavor was great and we fought over who would take the leftovers to work!

Will definitely try making them again.
