These were great! Just a suggestion if you can't handle a lot of spice: only add 3\4 or half of the recommended spice for the fries.
If you are going to be eating these alone you definetly do not need three potatos, one should be fine...three would be enough for a family of at least four I would say.

I loved them! was glad there were some left for lunch tomorrow. I skipped the pepper, and added some basil.

These are delicious! I omitted the cayenne pepper because of the various comments about it being really spicy. I'm glad I did because they're spicy enough for me without it! I used sea salt and turbinado sugar. I made these with the BBQ tofu recipe on here.

Great flavor!  I only added garlic salt to the mixture and more Olive oil.  Tasted great.  No need for ketchup!

These fries are so good!  I wanted to eat far more than my fair share ; )  My son said that they were the best tasting fries he has ever had...he is a teenager so that is saying a lot.

I added 1 tsp of garlic powder but other wise follow the recipe exactly...my potatoes were cut a little thinner so they cooked faster and got crispy and wonderful.

A+ recipe : )

I diced the potatoes instead of wedging them, added another tbsp of olive oil (wasn't enough to cover the potatoes without it!), omitted the pepper (I'm allergic), and added garlic powder and paprika. DELISH!! I've tried it without the garlic powder and paprika, and it just tastes like it's missing something. I definitely recommend it! Mmmmmmmm.  :)

These are insanely spicy and should instead by called Five Alarm Fries.  Loved them!! Will have to cut the spices in half next time because no one would eat these but me.
