Very Berry Breakfast Smoothie

What you need: 

3/4 cup rice milk original or vanilla
fresh squeezed orange juice
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons ground flax seed (optional)
natural sugar to taste ( I like sucanat)

What you do: 

Put rice milk and fruit and blend until well mixed. Add orange juice until you get the consistency you like. Add flax seed and blend. Add sugar until you reach desired sweetness. Serve and enjoy!
About 350 calories, 2 grams of fat, 11 grams of dietary fiber.
With flaxseed about 400 calories, 6 grams of fat, 15 grams of dietary fiber.
