Raw Hummus

What you need: 

1/3 cup dry chickpeas, soaked overnight
2 tablespoons raw tahini
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
cumin, paprika, onion powder and sea salt to taste

What you do: 

1) Rinse soaked chickpeas in fresh water. You should have about 1 cup soaked beans. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and thin with water to desired consistency.
