Pumpkin Pie in a Glass

What you need: 

1/2 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup soy or other milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (not necessary if milk is vanilla)
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 tablespoon liquid sweetener
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

What you do: 

Blend it up and enjoy!!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Oh my... I love this. I didn't add any crushed ice because, well, I didn't have any and there were some pumpkin ice cubes leftover from a previous recipe. Anywho, thank you ever so much for sharing this recipe, I'll definitely be making it again!  ;)b I'm even thinking if I could possibly make it into ice cream.  :)>>>

Made this last night and it was soooo good. I added a little almond extract and nutmeg with a dollop of soy whip....I still have some pumpkin left so I'm definitely going to make it again tonight  :) I'm going to tell the people at my weight watcher meeting all about it because it ended up only being 2 points  ;)b sooo happy I found this

this was amazing!! i just made it and am drinking it now... this tastes exactly like pumpkin pie filling... an amazing dessert/treat after a long day.....i will definitely be making this again.. i'm practically licking the glass clean haha.  thanks!

I added some splenda and cinnamon to it and it came out really good!

This wasn't quite sweet enough for me. But I think I forgot the vanilla. I think next time I will use a frozen banana instead of ice cubes to add creaminess.
