Plaisir Mango Shake

What you need: 

4 ice cubes
1/2 cup rice milk
1/2 mango
1/2 banana
5 teaspoons uncooked oatmeal

What you do: 

1) Add ice cubes to blender. Then add the banana, mango, rice milk, and oatmeal into blender and blend.
Benefits: For those like me who have little to no appetite in the morning would love this shake. It is a nondairy breakfast. It is quick and healthy. You will get your fiber, calcium, antioxidant, and iron in one serving. Cheers to an energized you!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Very tasty.  I used a whole mango and banana because it is just easier that way and added 5 extra teaspoons of oats.  Great breakfast.  A good change to my regular breakfast shake.

Very delicious!! I doubled everything because I knew the other half of the fruit would go to waste if I didn't. I really enjoyed this though and it will become a regular breakfast shake for me. Thanks for sharing!! :)>>>
