Peanut Butter Energy Shake

What you need: 

1 tablespoon peanut butter, smooth
1/2 cup plain soy yogurt
1 banana
4 fresh strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice

What you do: 

Throw it all in a blender and enjoy!
