PB & J smoothie
1 cup ice
1 cup vanilla nondairy milk (I use almond)
1 handful strawberries
3 tablespoons organic peanut butter
1 tablespoon agave nectar or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon strawberry preserves
1. Add all ingredients to blender.
2. Blend for about 3 minutes.
