Amye's Awesome Green Smoothie

What you need: 

1 Cup Kale Leaves (I use the stems as well)

1 Cup Spinach Leaves

Juice of 1 Lime

1 Green Apple cut up

1/2 Cucumber cut up

1-2 Carrots with Greens

1/2 Cup Pineapple

1-2 Cups water depending on how thick or thin you like your smoothies

What you do: 

Blend Kale and Spinach with 1 cup of water. After the leaves are well blended and no chuncks remain add the rest of your ingredience blend well, adding the remaining water as needed. I like mine thinner so I usually add the 2 full cups of water. Each time I pour myself a glass I add a spoon of Stevia In The Raw to sweeten it up a bit more. I make a new batch every two days and have about 2-3 glasses a day...especially good after Yoga!!!
