Indian Spiced chickpeas and broccoli

What you need: 

1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained
1 can (15 ounces) tomatoes , diced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch broccoli, finely chopped
1-2 carrots, finely chopped
1 bunch kale, finely chopped
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1-2 teaspoons cumin
1-2 teaspoons coriander
1-2 teaspoons paprika
1-2 teaspoons salt
1-2 teaspoons ground pepper

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Add drained chickpeas and tomatoes to a large casserole dish.
2. Add garlic and vegetables to the casserole dish. Add spices and mix all ingredients well.
3. Place in pre-heated oven. Cook for about 45 minutes, stirring halfway through.
As the green cook, they will let out a lot of water, which will create a sauce for the veggies.
