Hot Cocoa

What you need: 

1 cup soymilk
1 tablespoon vegan cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vegan coffee creamer (optional)
1 heaping tablespoon sugar

What you do: 

1) Stove top directions: Pour soymilk into a saucepan and heat over a medium flame. Add other ingredients when soymilk is hot, but do not let bubble. Stir until cocoa is dissolved. Serve immediately.
Microwave directions (faster, but cocoa doesn't dissolve as well): Pour soymilk into a microwaveable mug. Microwave on high for one minute. Add other ingredients and stir gently until cocoa is dissolved. Serve immediately.
