Grog! For Talk-Like-A-Pirate Day
What you need:
1 pint of rum (any kind you want)
1 bottle of Lime Perrier (trust me) sizes according to preference
What you do:
Arg, take a nice pewter or any metal mug (the bigger the better) and mix yer rum with a bit o' yer perrier water depending on yer own personal preferece as to the amount! Then drink up me hearty!
The rum used to be used to sanitize the water which was used on board that had to sit in the ole barrels for months at a time! Arg, some nasty water like bilge water! The lime be to prevent the old scurvey, ye scallywag and the water was to hydrate ye after a long hard day swabbing the decks under that cruel sun in the ole South seas! Aye Drink up! And happy Talk Like a Pirate Day on Sept 19th! Aye! Have a squall er two!
