Gingerbread Oatmeal

What you need: 

1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

What you do: 

1) Combine oats, water, cinnamon and ginger and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes or until oats are cooked (or use your preferred method for cooking oats). Stir in molasses and sugar (if using). I like mine with a splash of soymilk, but it's good without.
