Easy Rolls

What you need:

50g of fresh yeast
2 1/2 cups of water
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons olie
150 grams rye flour
150 grams durum wheat
100 grams graham meal
around 500 grams wheat flour, don't put in all at once

What you do:

1. The yeast is mix with the water.
2. Add the other ingredients and knead the dough well.
3. Let it rise to double size - takes about 30 min.
4. Knead the dough again and shape it into 16 or so rolls and put them on a baking tray. Let rise again for ca. 15 min.
Bake for 15-20 min. at 200 Degrees cup or 390 F.
Let me just say that the more sticky and moist the dough is, the better the rolls get. A rule of thumb is - the less flour the more fluffy.
