Cocoa Crisps

What you need: 

6 tablespoons veg margarine
4 tablespoons raw sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 1/2 cups plain flour
4 tablespoons cornflakes (crushed)

What you do: 

Cream margarine & vegan sugar. Add vanilla & cocoa, mix. Add flour and mix until combined. Then mix in crushed cornflakes.
Roll into teaspoon sized balls and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes in a moderate oven. Cool slightly on tray then remove to a wire rack.
