Chocolate Chip, Coconut and Walnut Cookies

What you need: 

1/2 cup vegan butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 teaspoons coconut extract
1/4 cup soy milk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

What you do: 

Mix butter and sugar together until one, smooth mixture...add liquids and mix...then add flour, baking powder and salt, mix...then add walnuts and chocolate chips.
My measurements should be fairly close, but honestly I wing it with intuitionso use your own!
Bake directly on cookie sheet at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes, depending on your oven... :)
