Cauliflower and Pea Salad

What you need: 

1 small cauliflower
1 red bell pepper
1 cup canned green peas, drained
2 tablespoons your favourite dressing
salt, pepper to taste

What you do: 

Divide cauliflower in small florets. Cut bell pepper in bitesized pieces. Mix all the ingredients and add your favourite salad dressing - anything from oil to vegan mayonnaise.
