Strawberry Poppy Seed Salad

What you need: 

3 Romaine hearts - washed and torn into pieces
10 strawberries - quartered
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
3/4 cup mandarin oranges - drained (1/2 of a 15 oz. can)
3/4 cup pineapple tidbits (canned or fresh)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
poppy seed dressing (vegan of course)

What you do: 

Put the lettuce in a bowl. Add all the fruit and nuts. Serve with poppy seed dressing.
This tastes just like the Strawberry Poppyseed salad at Panera Bread.
