Cabbage & Onions

What you need: 

2 medium onions, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 head red cabbage, coarsely chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1. Saute the onion in the olive oil until translucent.
2. Add cabbage, salt and pepper, and cook over low-medium heat about 20 minutes, or until cabbage is barely tender.
