Awesome Apple

What you need: 

1 apple, sliced (I like green)
1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon peanut butter (I like crunchy)

What you do: 

1. Place apple in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Sprinkle with brown vegan sugar, cinnamon, and add peanut butter.
3. Put in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I had this as a snack today and it was fabulous! I used granulated sugar, we ran out of brown sugar, and I'm allergic to peanuts so I used soy butter instead. This recipe really only needed 1 min. though. This is a great snack vegan or otherwise!

Definitely don't leave this in for 2 minutes. Unless you have an ancient microwave. Good recipe otherwise.

I put in the microwave, and smoke billowed out - woopsies :) besides the burnt taste I got on the apples, it tasted pretty good.

Now I just have to make sure I watch the things I put in there.  ;D
