1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup vanilla soy milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup of your favorite cereal
Pour applesauce into a bowl. Put vanilla soymilk on top of that and then cinammon on top of the milk. It makes pretty layers.
Then top it off with your favorite cereal. Mine is Kashi GoLean, and you can eat it in layers or mix it all up.
Sometimes I do not add the cereal and just eat the applesauce. Its a yummy snack or a quick breakfast!
