Evaporated Milk Substitute

Ingredients: 

2-1/2 cups non-dairy milk (I use soy milk)

Directions: 

DIRECTIONS:
Put in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it reduces to 1 cup. Cool and store in the fridge. This is only good up to 7 days.
