Roasted Rosemary Sage Nuts

What you need:

3 tablespoons canola oil or extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1 teaspoon paprika
14 ounces almonds
1 cup walnuts

What you do:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degees F. Line a baking pan with foil and set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add rosemary, sage, and paprika. Saute for about 1 minute.
2. Add the almonds and walnuts, tossing to coat. Toss in the oil for 1-2 minutes, until they are entirely coated and heated through.
3. Transfer to the prepared baking pan. Roast for 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving.
It reminds me of Christmas! I'm sure other nuts besides almonds or walnuts would work! Oh, and your house will smell heavenly.
