Be sure that the blueberries are in the middle of the dough or they leak through the paper muffin cups.  These are very easy to make and delicious. Thank you.  I will make these often even if I have to use frozen blueberries in the winter.  could probably use strawberries or other berries with the dough and would be delicious.

Wonderful! Simple to make!  I subbed a 1/2 of rolled oats for some of the flour. The outside was firm, but the inside was soft and moist.  My new recipe for making muffins.

I made these, and they turned out wonderful!
I added a little bit more blueberry, though,
so they turned out to be almost completly purple. :p

WOW I can't keep my hands off of these muffins. Is eating 7 in 2 days bad? Hehe.
I made these with wheat flour and brown sugar and frozen wild blueberries, and skimped on the oil. Simple and wonderful and yummmmmy!

Turned out great.  Added extra blueberries.   Roll Eyes  Used a greased muffin tin and they turned out very nice.  My daughter loves them.

These are pretty good. I used whole wheat pastry flour and brown sugar (was out of regular), so my muffins were much darker and almost tasted like they had cornmeal in them. I like how the were less sweet than most blueberry muffins, but they were almost too unsweet, so next time I think I may try 3/4 cup sugar instead. My favorite part is how they top is crunchy, I love that. I got 6 jumbo muffins. All in all, pretty good.

I made mini muffins and cooked them for 17 minutes.  Also, used applesauce instead of oil.  Overall they taste pretty decent.  Maybe I'll try them with the brown sugar next time.

This is a great blueberry muffin recipe! I've found the muffins stick to the muffin papers too much, so instead I liberally grease my muffin tin before pouring in the batter. They don't stick at all that way.

I love how simple these muffins are. They're so tasty too. Both of my daughters liked them too. I had no problems with them at all. They could have used a few more blueberries though. Great muffins!

What an excellent recipe!  These are so easy, so tasty, and they just work perfectly.  Great consistency, they rise well.  I used about 1 1/4 cup raspberries instead of blueberries (for valentine's day) and it turned out very well.  This will be go to recipe from now on for very simple muffins.  Non-vegan office mates gobbled them up!

I love this recipe, because it's made with stuff that's always in my pantry! Cheap and easy, my two favorite things!

If you have trouble with the berries sinking to the bottom of your muffins, toss them in a little bit of flour before you fold them into the batter. It'll help them keep their position in the muffins while baking and they won't settle. Smiley
