Yummers! I just had this again for dinner last night and I forgot how good it is. It seems like a strange combo but the banana and black beans complement each other so well.

oh wow, I will have to try this. There is a Carribean restaurant here that serves Johnnycakes before your meal (similar to buns at other restaurants) and they are delicious.
