Zippy Hummus
What you need:
1 can chick peas
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 cup Mrs. Dash
salt to taste
What you do:
Mash the chickpeas. Add the other ingredients. Stir until smooth.
