Yummy No Sugar Banana Pie

What you need: 

2 ripe bananas
1 cup silken tofu
1 ounce vegan cream cheese
2 egg substitutes (
3/4 cup vanilla nondairy yogurt (I use soy)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 whole wheat pie crust
2 cups berries (I like to use strawberries)

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend bananas, tofu, vegan cream cheese, and egg substitutes until creamy.
2. Add remaining ingredients, except crust and berries and mix well. Pour all into pie crust and bake for 30 minutes.
3. Chill. Top with berries and eat!
Source of recipe: I came across this recipe when looking for no sugar desserts. It can be sweetened with a sprinkle of stevia, but it tastes great as is and it's high in protein! I tweaked another recipe.
