Yummy Healthy Vegan Oatmeal

What you need: 

1/2 cup oatmeal (not quick)
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vegan butter (Earth Balance is my favorite)
1/2 cup fresh organic blueberries
1/2 cup fresh organic strawberries (sliced)
100% pure organic agave nectar to taste

What you do: 

1. Start water boiling in a small sauce pan on medium/high heat.
2. Add Oatmeal and Vegan Butter.
3. Allow mixture to cook for a few minutes, until almost finished and add the Blueberries and Strawberries.
4. Cover the sauce pan and take it off the burner.
5. Let stand for 2 minutes, add Agave Nectar and Enjoy!! :)
