Yam and Raisin Stew

What you need: 

3 celery stalks, sliced
handful pumpkin seeds
sesame seeds, to taste
3/4 cup peanuts
3 leaves fresh basil, chopped
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/3 cup raisins
1 yam, diced
1/2 cup vanilla nondairy milk (I use soy)
1 (20 ounce) can tomatoes
curry powder, to taste
1 onion, diced
cayenne pepper, to taste
2-3 cloves garlic, minced

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients.
2. Add to casserole dish.
3. Bake, covered, for about 1 hour or until yams are soft.
