Vegan Chili

What you need: 

16 ounces black beans
16 ounces kidney beans
2 celery stalks
1 red onion, chopped
1 yellow zucchini, chopped
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 russet potatoes, cut into cubes
3 to 4 cups crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
1 cup water

What you do: 

1) Put all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for two hours, stirring occasionally. Now eat.
One cup is about 150 calories.
Source of recipe: My mom looked at some vegan chili recipes and came up with this based on those. It is ridiculously delicious.
