Vegan Blue Cheese Dressing

What you need:

1 (6-ounce) container plain soy yogurt
1 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use Vegenaise)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon agave nectar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 (8-ounce) block Blue Cheese style Sheese, shredded* (Sunergia also makes vegan blue cheese)

What you do:

1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except for vegan blue cheese.
2. Fold in grated vegan blue cheese.
3. Adjust seasonings and serve! (This seemed to do better after it sat for a while.)
Note: I found the Blue Cheese style "Sheese" brand about a year ago and have been so excited to try it out! Sheese is a brand imported from Scotland and is delicious! I used to looooove blue cheese dressing and haven't had it in about 10 years, so I thought I'd make a dressing out of it. This wasn't a dead ringer but it came awfully close!
I served it on my salad last night and mixed it in with brown rice and chick-un fried tofu today for lunch. Other ideas: spoon it over a baked potato, mix with broccoli.
