Vegan Baileys

What you need:

1 - 13 ounce can coconut milk
1 - 13 ounce can coconut cream
8 ounces brandy
3 ounces espresso, cooled
Chocolate syrup, to taste

What you do:

1) Put all ingredients in the blender and mix. I didn't measure the chocolate syrup, just kept adding it until it was chocolaty enough.
Source of Recipe: I was experimenting at Christmas since I missed being able to drink Baileys. I came up with this recipe and was very happy with it! Enjoy!

I make home-made chocolate syrup using this recipe: http://www.food.com/recipe/chocolate-syrup-22877. I decrease the cocoa a little. It thickens a bit as it cools and tastes just like Hershey's.

For chocolate syrup, look in the kosher aisle.  It is completely pareve meaning that it doesn't contain anything animal at all.  Hershey's is dairy for sure.

Pareve items are kosher, but can contain eggs or fish.

Mmm. I like it. Not sure what real Bailey's tastes like (and by the way, that is made with whiskey not brandy) but it was good. I added cocoa instead of chocolate syrup and used more espresso. Wanted to add some vegan irish cream flavoring but didn't have any on hand. Next time gadget...

How much Brandy did you use in this recipe?  I'm assuming like 375mL??
