Turnip Greens, Beans and Yum Wraps

What you need:

1 bunch turnip greens
1 medium onion
5 cloves garlic
1 green onion stalk
canola oil
1 - 14 ounce can black beans
Braggs Liquid Aminos
2 large flour tortilla shells

What you do:

1) Chop onion, greens, and garlic. Put onions in a saute pan with a little oil and cook for a minute. Add greens and cook for another minute or three. Add garlic and green onion. Cook for another minute. Strain and add black beans. Season with Braggs to taste.
2) Once everything is cooked, fill your tortilla shells and wrap up. Mange. Enjoy.
This recipe gets really wet, so make sure you use one of those spatulas with the holes in it to strain the liquid before filling your tortilla shells.
Super tasty and simple.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

THANK YOU for posting a greens recipe that isn't the same old pepper-sauce-spicy-sautéed boring stuff.  This recipe is great and I appreciate the healthy spin on greens.  Just what I was looking for!  :)>>>
