Tricia's Tasty Tofu Stirfry

What you need:

1 package extra firm Chinese seasoned tofu
large head of broccoli cut up
1 large red pepper cut into strips
2 handfuls of fresh green beans
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
liquid amino spray
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup water

What you do:

Cut block of tofu in half lengthwise and press, freeze overnight and then put in fridge to thaw. Squeeze remaining liquid out and cut into 1" by .5" chunks, then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce over tofu and let it absorb.
Cut up broccoli, snip ends of green beans, and cut the pepper into strips. Add green beans to a pan of boiling water for 1 min. and then remove and strain.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wok or other pan and add tofu. Brown on one side and then flip, let brown on other side.
Remove tofu from wok.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to wok and when hot add vegetables and 1/4 cup of water. Stir and cover with lid to let steam. When veggies are tender add tofu back in and add liquid amino spray to taste. Enjoy!!
