Tomato and Green Onion White Rice

What you need: 

1 cup of white rice
5 green onions, sliced into thinly
2 teaspoons of salt, or to taste
1 and 1/4 cup of water
1/4 can of 8 oz. tomato sauce

What you do: 

1. clean and drain rice
2. toast rice in a nonstick pan until majority is slightly orange, can use vegetable cooking spray
3. add green onions
4. add salt
5. add water
6. add tomato sauce, stir to blend flavors
Cook for 50 min or until done on medium heat. Make sure pan is large enough to hold rice as it fluffs up. Add more salt if needed after done. Eat alone or in a burrito.
