Ten Minute Bean Meal

What you need:

2 cans of black beans, drained
1 can of black eyed peas, drained
1-2 can stewed tomatoes, undrained (not Mexican or Italian style)
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 can green beans
2 to 3 cups instant rice

What you do:

You can use any type of beans you want. I just choose black beans and black eyed peas.
First open the cans of beans, tomatoes and corn. Empty all of the cans into the pan and bring a boil. Add water if needed.
Wait until all is heated nicely, and add the rice into the beans tomato and corn mixture. I know I know, just add the instant rice directly into it, but make sure there is enough liquid. (you make like to double up on stewed tomatoes) Serve!
I got this from my friend's bachelor dad that did this when he was a fireman. This can feed a lot of people if needed and makes lots of left overs.
You can just guesstimate the amount of cans of beans and corn, I change it up a lot. I know you may think that green beans don't fit in too well, but it tastes great; however, will be fine without.
