Tasty Basil Veggies

What you need: 

veggies of your choice*
small bunch basil, chopped finely
1 clove of garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons olive oil
freshly cracked salt and pepper
sesame seeds, toasted (optional)

What you do: 

*I like to carrots (sliced on the diagonal), potato (sliced with the skins still on), zucchini (sliced on the diagonal) and broccolini. And some roasted onion and red peppers, if I have more time.
Cook vegetables how you like (I like to use the microwave). Drain.
In a mixing bow, combine the veggies, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper and sesame seeds. Toss so all the veggies are coated.
Reheat veggies for about 10 minutes on low.
To serve, I like to have the veggies with some couscous and pour over the remaining basil oil stuff on the veggies, for extra flavour.
Cheap, healthy, easy and quick!
