Tastes almost like real FUDGE

What you need:

1/2 cup coconut oil
1 (4- to 5-ounce) bar 70% chocolate or higher (I use Lindt)
1 cup dates, pitted
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup nuts, coarsely chopped (optional, I used walnuts to cut through the richness of recipe)

What you do:

1. Line an 8" x 8" pan with waxed paper or grease lightly with coconut oil.
2. Melt the oil and chocolate, it takes just a few minutes. Pour into a blender or food processor with the dates and blend until it has a sauce consistency.
3. Pour back into the sauce pan, stir in the cocoa powder and add the nuts, stir to coat them.
4. Pour in the fudge and refrigerate to set. It hardens overnight really well. Cut into squares and serve.
The dates and cocoa powder help the fudge keep it's shape really well and also eliminate the slimy feel the coconut oil sometimes gives.
Source of recipe: I have been experimenting and finally came up with a really great fudge!
