Tangy and Sweet Raspberry Vodka

What you need:

2 cups raspberries
1 (24-ounce) bottle vodka
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 lime, quartered

What you do:

1. Place raspberries in a zip-lock bag and smash with a rolling pin so that they are crushed.
2. Place all ingredients in a large bottle or jar, tightly seal, then place in the fridge.
3. Keep in the fridge for 2 to 4 weeks, giving the bottle a good shake every day or when you can remember.
4. Strain and mix with soda water for a yummy, sweet drink.
The point of this recipe is to make vodka really yummy so don't worry about using a cheap bottle, it'll still taste awesome.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I'm going to make these for my 24yrld son's moving  party to make a toast for him!!! If you can find it I would recommend using Rain Vodka...It's made in the US, organic, smooth as hell and not expensive either. It also comes in flavors..if you like straight shots or vodka martinis the cucumber lime is beyond delish!!!
