Tahini from scratch

What you need: 

2 cups raw sesame seeds
Olive Oil

What you do: 

1. Toast sesame seeds in medium hot dry skillet, or toast in moderate oven, stirring often to prevent scorching. Toast until just beginning to darken in color.
2. Let cool. Put seeds in blender or food processor, add olive oil (enough to keep seeds moving) and blend until smooth.
Source of recipe: I read the ingredients on the jar and figured I could do it cheaper...and did!
