Super Quick Pumpkin Pudding

What you need: 

1/2 cup canned pumpkin, chilled
1-2 teaspoon sweetener- agave, maple syrup, or raw sugar. Or, use a few drops of Stevia.
1 tablespoon soy or rice milk
sprinkling of cinnamon
optional: sprinkling of cloves or nutmeg

What you do: 

Mix pumpkin, sweetener, soy milk and cinnamon, and enjoy.
If you like this warm, warm it up, but I think it's best cold. Frozen for a half hour or so, this makes a great ice cream.
