Super Easy Italian Bean Salad

What you need: 

1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chillies
1 (15-ounce) can sweet peas
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans
3/4 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup lemon juice
rice, to taste, cooked

What you do: 

1. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
2. Scoop bean mixture rice.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

What a fantistic, quick, YUMMY recipe!!!  I changed slightly due to available ingredients in my fridge but still with delicious results!!  I used frozen corn kernels instead of peas, "flying cow" dressing instead of italian, chilli flakes instead of green chillies.  Really outstanding!  Well Done!!!
