Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Pasta Salad

What you need: 

4 ounces sundried tomatoes in oil
4 ounces pine nuts
1 cup fresh basil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
cooked pasta spirals, to serve

What you do: 

1. Combine all ingredients except pasta and blend for 3 minutes in blender. Meanwhile boil pasta until cooked.
2. Combine pasta with pesto ingredients. Serve hot or cold.
