Summertime Noodles with Salsa

What you need: 

1/2 package of Pennsylvania Dutch noodles
1/2 jar favorite chunky salsa
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

What you do: 

Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain. Combine hot cooked noodles, olive oil and salsa in a large bowl. The cool temperature and hot spicyness of the salsa will contrast nicely with the warm temperature and blandness of the noodles for a refreshing and simple summer supper dish. Garnish servings with the chopped walnuts if you wish.
