stuffed bread rolls
What you need:
Plain flour
potato
sweetcorn
1 Red pepper
bread sauce mix
soya milk
What you do:
1. Boil chopped potato, sweetcorn and red pepper
2. Once water is boiled off, add bread sauce mix and milk.
3. Mix flour and water and flatten out on to tibfoil or baking tray.
4. Put a couple spoonfuls of the creamy potato filling onto the pastry.
5. Fold over and wrap the pastry around the filling.
6. Bake at top heat for 20mins

30 minutes
