Strawberry-Mango Smoothie

What you need: 

1 cup sliced (washed) strawberries
1/2 mango, chopped
1/2 cup "frozen yogurt" (soy)
1/4 cup soy milk
sweetener of your choice to taste

What you do: 

Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
This makes a quick, easy, and filling breakfast!
Fruit is the best thing to have in the morning as it ups your metabolism for the day!
Enjoy!
